LEAP'S Vision
In partnership with a caring community, the Learning Enrichment & Athletic Program, will provide students with increased opportunities for engagement beyond the school day through educational and recreational activities to improve learning, health, and wellness.

The mission of LEAP is to support successful academic achievement for all students.

LEAP'S Program Goals

• Each student committing to participate in athletic and/or recreational activities offered through LEAP will be ensured access to available programming.
• Focus of all LEAP activities and teams will be on skill development, gaining an appreciation for the sport/activity, and on teamwork.
• The highest degree of sportsmanship will be demonstrated by participants, coaches, parents, and spectators at all times.

Important Information for 2^nd-6^th Grade League:

• Open to all 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, & 6th grade boys!  All experience and abilities are encouraged to play.
• DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH YMCA BASKETBALL LEAGUE.
• Titan and Trojan Coaching Staffs oversee the league.

• Saturday morning games at TCAPS schools, students will play 2 games per Saturday.
• Trojan & Titan 9^th grade, JV and V players serve as coaches and referees. 
• Teams will be formed based on geography, elementary school, and skill level.
• Teams will be equitable. A hierarchy will not be used.
• Be a part of the Titan & Trojan Basketball Programs! 
• Professionally and highly trained coaches oversee the league!
• Last season over 280 students took part. Don’t miss out!
• All youth league players and coaches honored at halftime of a TC Central & TC West Varsity game.
• Cost includes a reversible jersey and handouts.  Program supports TCW Titan and TCC Central basketball.
• Players will be taught fundamentals of the game and teams will be formulated during the clinics.

• Players will receive their schedules and teams on December 17 at the clinic (if ready) or emailed over the holiday break for the January Titan & Trojan League games

• Saturday league games will begin the week of January 1st and will end the week of January 28^th.
